Nobody actually works here, i think they just turn up for a wage. No customer /tenant service. Pass the book on every issue. Do not respond to phone calls. Do not answer messages. These people do not care about the state of areas or what problems/issues you have.
Utter shambles, I have left telephone one messages requesting that the Housing Manager contact me , I have spoken to staff at the Housing and asked the Manager to call me and I have been promised that the Housing Manager would telephone me, has he contacted me 'NO'
Reported my windows leaking exactly a year ago mears and a surveyor said I needed Steeple Jack to do the work roll on year later I'm now getting mears out on the 21st meantime Steeple Jack's at work on my building now but not for me scandalous th21st to

Recently moved so handed our notice in and got given the wrong information, when I went to speak to them the woman denied telling us what she did.
Please go to my face book page to see what I think..I just hope one day they are in our situation..
