I've been using Roy Jervis for over five years now - from 100cc Vespa scooters to my Pan European 1300cc and my Triumph 900 Thunderbird. These guys are great for sound advice - what to do and, equally as importantly, what not to do with your bike. Always offered as advice but you"d be silly not to listen and consider. Work on the bikes has been to a great standard and in a timely fashion too. Costs are explained and they'll call before undertaking any other work they've uncovered in the service. Overall, an 11 out of 10 company with loads of returning customers - like me.
I,ve just had this immaculate CB1300 delivered by Roy Jervis -first time In 40 years I have bought a bike unseen so I was slightly apprehensive ! The bike is actually better than described - Jon the salesman was an absolute pleasure to deal with as was their courier Chris BUY WITH CONFIDENCE - thanks guys
Can't give these guys anything other than 5*. From the moment Ian collected me from the train station to the minute I rode my new bike out the door, it was a pleasure to be their customer. I feel in safe hands having bought my bike and the staff did everything they could to ensure the purchase was an easy, pleasant experience. Funny old place staffed by really great helpful biker guys. There's 2 front doors, all locked maybe a pandemic hangover, notices say "go round the back", which is not like 20 paces, it's 2 streets away. Big notices telling you masks are mandatory, no exceptions, but then you realise nobody's wearing em inside. But some amazing bike history in there, we'll worth a visit, good stocks at reasonable prices and like I say, nice and helpful staff. Would recommend.

Wonderful professional service. I bought a Yamaha xvs 250 dragstar recently and received a high quality service. My bike needed some work done on the fuel lines and carburetor which I had done. John sorted everything for me. A lovely gentlemen to deal with.
I went in a while ago now maybe looking for a part ex on a newer bike..all I can say is if your bike is not in tip top condition and doesn't require anything doing to it then don't bother. Seems they want minimal effort to turn a profit..I have since this week part chopped my bike for a 20 reg 1250 milage 1000 cc not being specific bike in as new condition..I paid a little more but it's newer than the one I veiwed in Ripley , better colour scheme in fact the whole process was better. Ripley bike shop from what I've read and others I've spoke are also just that bit more expensive than others around.. By all means have a browse but I found them to be just profit oriented and not helpful..
Called in to look for a new bike and had a great chat with the owner who is a genuine biker first and salesman second.For great advice and good service give them a try.
Absolutely fantastic, 30 plus years of biking and I can honestly say these guys are brilliant. Bought my bike without seeing it in the showroom and was assured by Jon that it was immaculate and yes it was ... Nothing was too much trouble , the bike was delivered by Charlie what a gentleman. Well done guys definitely will be returning again ...
Quick repair. They changed my mates tyre at such short notice and then changed my headlight bulb on my motorbike. Very quick service and fairly priced the tyre could have been cheaper but not going to complain as they could have said no at such short notice
