Had a dashcam fitted to my mini cooper convertible. Not as straightforward as any of us thought. But Joe persisted and got it fitted. Great piece of kit. Purchased the rear view add on which Dan added and checked all was ok. Great work. Recommended.

Need a battery change quick. Parked up, went in,  ordered and fitted all within 30 minutes. Thank you Joe, really speedy worker, tested everything to make sure I wasn't wasting money.

I came in to pick up a click & collect that I'd helpfully received a text reminder to collect!nI had previously booked a 10 point check for my car, but unfortunately had missed  the appointment due to extenuating circumstances.nI was helped by a young man named Joe, who while processing my click & collect mentioned the 10 point check. He very kindly said that the checks could be done while I was at the store.nI really appreciated this as it was one less thing I'd have to rearrange, and was so convenient because I was there already!nJoe was really thorough with the checks and explained them as he went along.nHe topped up my oil, topped off the screen wash, checked tire pressure, and replaced a front bulb which was paid fornI highly recommend joining the Halfords club, it has many perks one of which was the 10 point check being free, and it also gave me 5% off the replacement bulb.nReally pleased with my experience 10/10 service.

Couldn't fault Dan who fitted my dashcam. Had a problem with it, took it back and Dan sorted it. I also wanted a battery charger, he took the time to show me how everything worked. Dan has exceptional customer service skills, as well as brilliant knowledge. And is always happy to help.

Excellent service.nOnly bought a couple of bike accessories for my Granddaughter, but the staff couldn't have been more helpful when there was a slight issue with one of them.nCannot praise them highly enough.nThank you
