A service that can not be faulted. Bikes and quads packaged very well and the delivery time is super fast. Its clear to see from the quality of their quads and bikes that they know exactly what they want, what they are doing and that they've been in the market for a long time. Excellent company to deal with. Tristan was very helpful and had great communication with us right up to the the Elite pro 110cc quad which looks awesome arriving at its destination in Northern Ireland in time for Christmas. Absolutely amazing service from the 1st phone call to the delivery, All questions answered promptly, There was an issue out of the company's hands which could have ruined xmas, I was told immediately about it and what they could do to rectify the order, I am all the way down south and they managed to deliver to my doorstep and go through the quads in detail, I can not fault this company at all, They may be a small company but the service was 100%, I will be telling friend's and family, Good luck with the future guys, I really appreciate all the hard work and effort you've put in to save Xmas,
After being scammed by scooter city I contacted Quad Warehouse for some help after reading their 5 star reviews and they 100 percent live up to their amazing reviews, I had so many questions in choosing the right quad bike for my son, all of which were answered straight away and with understanding, I would highly recommend this company who made shopping for my sons Christmas present a brilliant and easy experience, the quad is of highest standard when it arrived and myself and grandad are so pleased with it, was delivered quickly and with the option to fully build it made it so easy as quad is just good to go, can't recommend this company enough
Absolute flawless service these guys saved the day when I was let down by another supplier. I checked their web site out , gave them a call and it was delivered by half seven the next day .I’ve been a multi drop courier for over a decade and the service and delivery time from the quad warehouse is outstanding my grandson is going to love it thank you to all the the quad warehouse
Use less ! We paid for the bike ride o be assembled an it came not working , had no help off the company , would never use them again ! Left us other a faulty bike anlack of communication so be aware of you but of these an it’s faulty your on your own , if I could leave no stars I would
Amazing from start to finish. Helped me out every step of the way with the process of picking out a quad for my sons birthday. Really took the time to help me out with this and extras such as the helmet and suit to match, nothing was too big of an ask. 10/10 customer service I am absolutely made up with it all and I can’t wait t see my sons face on his birthday waking up to it all!
