1st time ever having a bike serviced. Steve is a really good bloke and great communication. Went the extra mile. Bike in much better condition now! Highly recommend.

First time visiting and very pleased with the results.  Will definitely be back! Steve was lovely and friendly, his communication was great and when I told him I'd just moved he gave me some maps and showed me some routes to try out.   Price was reasonable and work carried out was quality!

Steve is a genuine guy. Honest, very reasonably priced and good workmanship. I had my bicycle serviced using the government voucher scheme and Steve did a great job and didn't replace anything that i hadn't already asked him to replace. I highly recommend "Cross Cycles" and i will certainly be having my bicycle serviced there from now on.

Required a bolt to stop my seat from turning. Cross Cycles had just what I needed only had to pay the price of a sandwich for the owner, bargain. Problem is now sorted, many thanks.

Steven really struggled to find the odd sized tyres I needed for an old folding bike I am rebuilding but he managed it in the end. Well done, Steven. You went above and beyond.

Steve has just serviced my bicycle, did an excellent job, it's as good now as it was when it was new. Highly recommended.
