I visited Simon along with my Mother and 3 Aunts as my dear Grandmother had just passed. As soon as we were in the arrangement room Simon made us all feel very comfortable at a very difficult time. Simon talked us through all the different options available to us and answered the many questions that we had. Before and after our meeting, I personally had many questions to ask which my family had asked me and Simon in-turn was always on hand to answer them. Simon is a very caring and gentle man, he made what was a very difficult day for us much easier to deal with. I found that Simon’s charges were far more reasonable than any other funeral director in the area. Having used Simon on a personal level I would not hesitate in recommending him to any of my customers, family/friends or business associates. Thank you once again Simon

From the moment I rang Simon, I felt at ease and knew he would look after my Mum with care. He provided the exact service she wanted, we had so little to do. He took care of everything and the package he provided was perfect. There was no hard sell, or any selling at all to be honest, he told us what the "package" was, the cost was extremely reasonable and we had an option to include any special requirements. I'd highly recommend this small family run funeral directors, for their care and attention. Thank you so much!

I'm not normally one for writing reviews but feel it's the least I can do to show my gratitude to Simon. Arranging my estranged brothers funeral was an upsetting and difficult time for me especially as it was done over the phone from Cornwall! Simon made a very complex situation as simple as possible whilst always being there for me to answer any questions and offer help. Simon personally took the service which was so lovely, I'm sure my brother would of been proud. Thanks Simon, I will never forget what you did for us. Kelly
