Me and my Girlfriend spent a week here. A lovely small site. Clean and well ordered with friendly staff . The surroundings were beautiful and the overall experience was great.

We only stayed one night, but had a lovely stay. It's not a big site and has everything you need. It's quiet, friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again.

It's a wonderful place. Peaceful and quiet. Very clean and well maintained. Beautiful surroundings and so many places to go. The owner is really well informed and knows everything. I was here with my kids and they loved it. They're still asking me when we're going back to Cornwall. If I could, I would go even today :)

I'm really dissapointed.  I choosed that place because it's dog friendly... 
But reality is different. 
I've got the german shepherd female, it's not small dog,  but at that place the dog has to be all the time on the lead. 
The owner had a problem because of barking. 
I don't  understand why as my dog was looking after our caravan. The owner was wondering around  our place and later he was surprised that my dog was barking through 
the window saying she's barking agressively.  Thats what normal dogs do they protect the place you live.  
So don't believe the Roseland Caravans it's  dog friendly  place. Maybe for small dogs?!
