Bosavern House Guest House offers fine quality four star bed and breakfast accommodation on the dramatic Lands End peninsula in Cornwall. Close to the historic mining town of St Just and only a few miles from the seaside town of Penzance, it makes the ideal base for exploring Lands End and its beautiful surrounding areas.

Dating back to the 17th century Bosavern House is a spacious country guest house set in mature gardens, on the side of the picturesque Cot Valley. This is the perfect place to relax from the moment you arrive.

As you step into this comfortable country family home, you cannot fail to notice its warmth and tranquillity. Our welcoming lounge is a peaceful place to unwind, whilst the delightfully furnished bedrooms are equipped with all the little luxuries and extra personal touches to help make your stay special.

From stormy winter seas to summer sunshine, spring flowers to autumn sunsets you will be enchanted by the history and beauty on our doorstep. Many of our guests return year after year to enjoy our unique and wonderful landscape.

A traditional, well-maintained, quiet house with beautiful rooms and views. Very clean. Good beds. Nice garden to sit and read in the back. And what Europeans always hope from an English B&B - a brilliant full English breakfast and speaking for me, the black pudding, I love it! But not only that, freshly prepared fish is also available and last but not least a wonderful fruit buffet with cereals and homemade jams and marmalade. A lovely, friendly woman is behind everything.nnBy the way, behind the house you can see a garden cooperative with a little shop.
Highly recommended! A lovely Cornish B&B near St Just, with clean and charming rooms and a delicious homemade breakfast. The perfect spot for a stay in Cornwall.
We stayed here 2 nights and found it to be an absolutely stunning place to stay! Immaculate rooms with great service and fabulous breakfasts. Good for walking and nice pub a short walk away.
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and were well looked after. There are plenty of tasty breakfast options which set us up for the day. Thank you for making our stay very enjoyable and comfortable
Fantastic place, very kind owner couple, breakfast was fantastic. Seriously. So much fruit to choose from. The owner made a whole meal for me in late evening because i didn't eat yet kitchen was already closed. Great salad like you do not often experience in a restaurant. Its often very simple. The hotel looks charming. They really pay attention tot their work. I wish you all the best.Warm regards from a Dutch photographer!
