Great accommodation in a great location. Just over 15 minutes walk from the sea via the lovely Cot Valley and an even shorter walk to a choice of pubs in St Just. This place has proven to be a very handy base for exploring the ruggedly beautiful coastline of west Cornwall, you can even catch an open-topped double decker bus to St Ives and elsewhere from the road just beside it. There's also plenty of scenic walks to be had in the local area. The accommodation itself is excellent especially the open plan lounge, kitchen & dining area and you also have your own garden & patio area.

What a treat it is to stay in this lovely accommodation, which is one of the reasons we keep returning there year after year. It really is exceptional. The barn has been beautifully and thoughtfully furnished by the very helpful owners and makes a great place to stay while you explore the area. The kitchen has everything you need and the living/dining area has been really well thought out. St Just, which has pubs, a small supermarket and a number of art galleries, is only a short walk away across a couple fields with a wonderful sea view. Other local spots that we consider well worth visiting include Sennen Cove, the seals at Godrevy, St Ives by open top bus and the extraordinary Minack Open Air Theatre. Can't wait to get back!
