I still use this practice but I'm giving it one star due to the very rude receptionists, two of them have very bad attitudes, never smile or say hello, I walked in and no one was at the desk, noticed one of the rude receptions laughing in the back office watching a video on a phone, she seen me standing there but still decided to carry on watching a very important video in the back office, was the first time I actually heard her laugh, the doctors who own the practice need to have a word, if i owned a practice like that they would be the last people I would employ as they are the first people you talk to at that desk, they need bubbly and enthusiastic staff, there is other staff who work there are lovely but two bad eggs can ruin everything, my family have changed practises because of the rude staff behind the counter. I'm sure it's not the first time someone has complained.

I find the staff of ROsehall very nice caring and professional have always been prolite to me

this GP usually are very good to me however the nurse dressing my open burn had acrylic nails on which is disgusting and unhygienic and her gloves also broke while dressing my burn.
