Reception staff and GP's have been very kind to me. It can be difficult to get through on the telephone but no more difficult than any other surgery.
Been phoning 4 days in a row and phone line is either busy or eventually cuts off when I do get through. Eventually drove up, but told to keep phoning or can attend in person of course times are during school drop offs / pick up. Receptionist wasn't all that helpful. Time to change doctors after 30+ years. My kids GP elsewhere are amazing compared to this practice. Is it any wonder why the hospitals are overloaded
Has to be the worse medical practice I have came across. You have to phone them constantly and when you feel like your about to get through they cancel the call. The receptionists are awful when you eventually get through to them. If you mange to get past all that then you are rewarded with you have to go to the hospital because they can't do anything. Joke of a place, need knew staff
Great doctor surgery fantastic doctors , nurses & receptionists nothing but time , consideration & helpfulness for the patient
Great Doctors, but getting to talk to one is a nightmare. Be prepared to go in person and register for a phone consultation before the phone lines open. Otherwise you've no hope. Phone engaged and then all the callback slots are taken after 13mins. I only found out you can go in person after WEEKS of trying to talk to someone. Reception staff aren't helpful, one in part needs to work on customer service manners.
Absolutely shocking service. The reception staff would rather talk and have a conversation about crusty baps from the bakery than acknowledge the patient standing at the desk. Has the amount of doctors at the surgery reduced in recent years? Because when you actually manage to get an appointment and are in the surgery it is obvious that there is literally no one there.
Can never get through for an appointment. Never get speaking to gp. Prescriptions constantly declined until seen by gp, but can't get through to speak to one!! Worst surgery ever!! Forcing patients to put pressure on A&E departments!
Having the same difficulties getting through. No one seems to be on the other side to lift the phone, regardless of what time you call. Adds more stress when your unwell! Doctors are great when you get to see them.
Great staff working under difficult Conditions... Some people forget the staff here are also humans just like the rest of us
I woudnt even give a 1only there was no other option. Have been unwell for last 10 days. Rang a few times through the week & no answer. Rang 2day to get a call back. I rang 215 times. When the phone did eventually ring no one answered it. Then 8 minutes past 1pm all appointments are gone. No wonder so many people go to a&e. Good luck if you need an appointment.
