Had a routine procedure done, the nurse and doctor were lovely and professional. Bad reviews so was worried, but couldn't of been nicer. Young woman on reception, blonde hair was lovely to!

Surely not turning their phones off? 1. Arrived with no parking spaces, had to park at nearby residential area 2. Appointment self checking didn’t recognise my booking 3. Queued to book in at reception for 10 minutes, no one at the reception desk and the queue was building 4. Whilst queuing I phoned the reception to see if someone would come out. The automated message said all the lines were busy and I was in a queue. There was no one on the phones (are they turning their phones off?) 5. The lady on reception couldn’t find my booking on the system but eventually found it. 6. One star for a ten minute wait after booking and another star for the doctor but upon review a very poorly run NHS surgery.

Poor at the best of times. Being a diabetic i go to the hospital for my reviews , this isnt good enough for rosebank and they threaten to stop your prescriptions if you do not see there own nurse.

Absolutely appalling patient care. I have been trying to rearrange my son's appointment which I might add took a month. I have now been holding on for close on 20 minutes waiting for someone to take my call. They treat patients appallingly and refuse to allow parents to use online booking systems for their children insisting that at 11 years of age the child should register themselves and have complete autonomy from their parents. I shall be moving surgery- the sooner the better. Avoid like the plague!

This week both my daughter and my baby son have been poorly.. meaning two separate visits to the surgery. I have to say the receptionist I spoke to both times on the phone was so helpful and polite aswell as empthetic . We saw the nurse practitioners the same day within hours of phoning asking to see someone. I forget the gentlemans name , but we also saw Jenny for my son and both of them were so patient, professional and kind. Not at any point made me feel like I was wasting there time and not rushing us out. Absolutely fantastic staff a credit to the surgery. Jenny especially took the time to examine other minor things I mentioned regarding my son (which I never asked for ) and she treated accordingly. Then she followed up with a phone call the next day. A truly caring person . You made my week a lot easier .
