We had to wait 20 mins to see the doc BUT the doctor was really amazing!

After a recent routine blood test with doctor. 

I was told to ask when I was called to ask receptionist 
what was wrong as the procedure  is to call the patient within days of the results and that there is nothing to unduly  worry about. 

On this occasion I was told I had Cholesterol issue and liver kidneys thyroid etc was normal .

I was expecting today to see a doctor today .
though it was a kind and professional nurse that wanted to take my bloods. 

I was not told I had to fast and I explained I had a banana within that hour .
She told me that I was here for glucose levels that were the  only abnormality within my blood results .
She apologised that the receptionist had given me false information and that I needed to come back next week after a fast for blood to be taken .

I could go on with other issues I have with this clinical practice they appear to me as mostly all down to lack off communication 🤔💉💊✍🤒😴💤😷🤐😤😡🤑🙁 just have to comment on one more that I've never enchanted a male receptionist 🃏

My Partner came into the surgery today to see if she could get an emergency appointment as she was experiencing a problem during her pregnancy. The lady at the reception desk was really helpful and the Dr that agreed to see her straight away, was wonderful and understanding, diagnosed the problem and prescribed the appropriate meds. Today, she received exemplary service and this surgery should get the recognition it deserves. We have never had an issue, problem or complaint about any member of staff and we would just like to thank you for being an excellent and friendly practice. Many Thanks.
