Kate was really friendly and gave us a warm welcome. We arrived in the rain after a 17 mile walk and Rosebank was perfect for our overnight stop on the way to Rye. It's really comfortable, carefully thought out and with great attention to detail. Highly recommended!

We had a very nice stay. We drove but the b&b is very close to the station, so we would take the train next time. Lovely little self-contained apartment and excellent breakfast. Highly recommended.

Two sisters visiting National Trust properties in Sussex & Kent. Etchingham village made a perfect base. Rosebank B&B has one immaculately kept light and airy almost self contained room with an ensuite bathroom and breakfast area and is separated from the main house. The large double bed was made into two ample and very comfortable singles. Our host, Kate, brought up freshly baked bread and pastries each evening for us to consume at out leisure for breakfast. There is a good selection of cereals ( milk and yoghurts kept in very quiet fridge) homemade jams and marmalade and a section of teas and coffee. We chose not to eat out so bought delicious quiches and cooked meats from the village Deli and Kate warmed up anything we wanted to eat in her own microwave. Lovely touches were the fresh flowers in the room, homemade cakes in the afternoon and ice brought up to our room for our evening G & Ts. We highly recommend Rosebank and cannot thank Kate enough for her generous hospitality. We will definitely visit again.
