Stream Farm is a truly magic retreat in the South East of England. The house and the garden are beautiful and the warm and welcoming hosts make it a home away from home. We stayed in the house. Beds are fantastic, rooms are newly refurbished and wonderfully decorated with attention to detail - and the breakfast was superb with home made jams and honey. Would warmly recommend it! Nearby activities: We had a stroll around Pashley Gardens in the tulip season, which was great, and had a fantastic dinner at the 'White Hart' nearby.
We spent two weeks in early June at Stream Farm, and were treated to an idyllic experience by our hosts at this exquisite B & B. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived, and our hosts could not have been more knowledgeable about the area, nor more helpful in their suggestions. The accommodations are superb, and the setting rural, quiet, and pastoral. This ancient farm property and its guest cottage are well located in relation to nearby sites and points of interest, and the ideal place to stay for Brits who live in more northerly and/or westerly parts of Britain and who want to vacate in the southeastern part of their country, and to any travelers from Europe who are vacationing in this part of the UK, and traveling by auto.
Welcoming and homely. Peaceful six-night stay during the High Weald AONB Walking Festival. The breakfasts were gorgeous! Would recommend without hesitation. Thank you Tam and Michael.Rooms: 5/5

This is quite simply one of the best B&Bs we've had the pleasure of staying at. A beautifully tranquil, rural setting, a stunning home and charming hosts. The breakfast was superb, with a selection of fruits, juices and compotes from the garden. The sleeping accommodation was tastefully and sympathetically renovated, retaining all the charm of the original farmhouse. We can't recommend this place highly enough, but they won't let us give it 6 stars! We are already plotting out next trip!
Can’t recommend Stream Farm highly enough, beautiful surroundings, first class accommodation, wonderful breakfast. Everything about our stay was perfect, Tam and Michael couldn’t do enough for us, very welcoming and made our stay one to remember.
