I have eaten at the Middle House three times now and must say the service and food and beer is excellent.
Great Menu ,good size meals but more importantly really fresh and tasty food. Probably the best pub food in Sussex . 
ps lovely old building in a real old fashioned high street. Worth a visit on its own.  .

Perfect for a special occasion.  Staff friendly and attentive. Food superb.  Ate in the old restaurant.  Looked around the new extension looks lovely and will try in there next time

Fantastic food served by friendly and very helpful waitresses. The Harvey's ale was spot on too. Will definitely be going back.

We went here on the Sunday before Christmas. As always a wonderful meal, the sauces on every dish were so delicious. The service was friendly and relaxed. Happy faces all round. Much more than a pub meal and well worth the money
