My father is in this home, and has been now for 12 months, the staff are fantastic and cannot do enough to accommodate his needs and care. I would definitely recommend this care home.
My friend had the misfortune of being a resident and had to be moved to be safe guarded. I'd assumed this 'care' home had been closed following the damning report by the inspectorate. It now gets rave unverified reviews.
This care homes management and staff alike are an absolute disgrace to the care professional industry. They challenge and take it personal when family members raise concerns..use the residents as money base incoming only, absolutely no genuine care or needs provided then have the ordasity to report family members who are trying to excersis and stimulate there family members an absolute disgrace.
One of the worst home I had a ever seen. Running for the sake of making money. The care which the residents are getting is horrible.
Very Rude and arrogant manager. They were something like cheaters
