Been to this store Swinton, Mcr twice in as many days. The staff are really helpful, nothing appears to much trouble and there is a great variety to chose from. Went today and the service from Alex and Paul was second to none, they was really helpful with my enquiry and their professional attitude and customer service was excellent. Keep up the great work, it's nice to see this service still exists. I can definitely recommend and will be back again when I need more equipment.....
1st time visiting this shop. My son bought a rod and it unfortunately snapped the shop was very understanding and happy to help with swapping it. Great looking shop, like an Aladdin's cave once you open the door.nnThank you.
Amazing staff all ways have what you need and if they don't there more than happy to get it for you
Customer service has gone down hill just been in asking about a rod and whilst serving me starts helping his friends and leaves me to it, it was alot better when Tony was the manager you have lost 2 customers, my advice is learn to deal with one customer at a time oh and your attitude towards customers is very abrupt if you don't won't to deal with customers don't work in retail sales then again it is angling direct.
