Had occasion to use the Walk in Centre in November and December last year with an ear problem and had excellent service. Receptionists helpful & friendly, a bit of a wait but really no problem. Doctors friendly and reassuring, good treatment & advice.nWhat a treat to actually see a doctor instead of phone consultations.nThank you , a great service.nPaul

Never had any issue with the doctors I've seen here, even though it is a rare occasion in the 10 years I've been registered, however the receptionist staff are an absolute an utter disgrace, especially the old Asian woman. How those types of people get jobs in the NHS is beyond me. Condescending, patronising, rude and vile person she is and is definitely due a trim in the cuts! Glad I have now left this practice

Cannot fault this practice. Never had any issues getting an appointment. Always so kind and helpful. Amazing work

I was about to give 5 stars, but then I met the elderly lady with Curly hair at reception. People don't visit GP as causal outing, they visit because they are sick, stressed and need answers on what is going on and RECEPTION lady attitude makes it even worse. She is condescending, rude and has no knowledge on how to speak to a person. WISH I COULD GIVE NO STARS.

I was reluctant to go because of the negative reviews but was pleasantly surprised! The reception staff were helpful and I was seen within 15 minutes of arriving.nnThe GP was really nice too, would highly recommend.
