5 star rating and above. The staff show real care and compassion when looking after my Grandma. During lockdown, it's a reassurance to know she's in such great hands and they continue to support our family through this challenging period. Thanks to all the staff for their work!
Over all care of my grandma was great when certain members of staff were available however there was a member of staff who was vile to my grandma and people need to be aware i made loads of complaints but these fell upon deaf ears and staffs word was took for granted. During lockdown they did not let me speak to my grandma and wouldnt even allow me one last visit before lockdown let alone make me aware they were going into lockdown which they should of told me over the phone
My Gran was a resident at this care home towards the end of her life.nThe support and compassion the staff shown to her was second to none and the care they shown to us at this time.nYou get a real feel of a family environment from the minute you arrive and I couldn't of chosen anywhere better, for my Gran to spend her final days.
My grandad lives here he’s 99 now soon to be 100 I absolutely love the garden with the to water fountains and it’s so relaxing I’m so happy and grateful that my grandad has a wonderful home to live in staff are amazing people and I live around the corner from my grandad
Rosecourt was the forever home for my Aunty Barbara resided here for the last seven years of her life on several floors before her passing in April 2021 she had a diagnosis of vascular dementia and other conditions in honesty she never wanted to be in a home and was deemed not safe to live at home having previously lived in another home where her difficulty and behaviour became hard to manage she was asked to leave rose court took her in and never gave up on her she wasn’t always easy but the staff were dedicated and committed to her needs they gave her the time and in time she grew to love the home and accept this was her home because the staff treated it like her home the love and dedication to the job shines through and they get to know there residents on a personal level and to see them treat them like there own family is truly heart warming lockdown was extremely hard no contact visits but we recieved updates even pictures from time at the home and in her final week the home accommodated daily visits with all covid protocols in place which take time but was carried out until the end for which we are forever grateful I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend rosecourt to anyone
