Went for a 4D scan at 26 +2 but baby boy was not cooperating, the sonographer did all she could to get him to move, however, in the end we were very kindly offered a rescan by the manager. We went yesterday and again he wasn't not cooperating. We were offered to see the images from both days and wow! They are amazing!! Considering he wasn't behaving, both sonographers did an amazing job. Everyone was so friendly and both sonographers talked us through all the checks, reassuring us that baby boy was doing really well. Can't thank you enough for our beautiful pictures. Recommend wttw for any type of scan, especially 4D, so worth it to see our beautiful boys face
As first time parents we wanted a reassurance scan before our NHS one, the moment we got to WTTW, Donna was fantastic, she put all of our nerves at ease and made us feel super relaxed and excited! about our scan. We then were taken through to Anna for our scan and Donna stayed with us throughout, sharing their excitement for us made the whole experience feel super special. Seeing our baby on the wall via a projector and multiple screens around us was brilliant and the knowledge of Anna and the detail she shared with us put all of our 'first baby anxiety' at ease. We will be coming back for an early gender scan in a few weeks for sure! Would highly recommend this branch of Window To The Womb to any prospective parents for sure! Thank you!
Had my wife scan with them and told them that we need report to send it to doctor overseas. The ladies at reception told us you will get the report soon. When we were back home and called them that we didnt receive the results yet as overseas doctor is waiting, we were told that clinic closes at 10 so they will send over by then. But nothing received, had to call 3 times next day and wife sent emails to get the results around 11 next day which is very disappointing as it was time sensitive and risked our treatment overseas. NO to this clinic
Me and my partner came here for an early scan. we will be first time parents and the staff here really put us at ease. they made me feel really comfortable when i was feeling rather nervous at first. definitely gave us the reassurance we needed and a really lovely start to our journey. thank you
Booked a 4d scan solely for the purpose of having a gender reveal so we asked for the sex to be put in an envelope. Then, after the scan they showed the sex on the pictures they asked us to look through. We're devastated & have had to cancel the gender reveal now. DO NOT USE WINDOW TO THE WOMB IF YOU PLAN TO DO THE SAME - the only reason we went is for this service & they've ruined any chance of us having that.nnThe question was asked if wanted to know the sex in the questionnaire sent before arriving, when we arrived & just before starting the scan so it couldn't have been clearer.
