Nice little pub with a decent selection of drink. Not tried the food but not heard anything bad. Parking in the area not amazing but usually somewhere to find. Accessible for disabled. Stand out feature is the beer and cider festival, especially in good weather! Festival is highly recommended!

This was a great find, in the small village of Nottage, a mile or so from the centre of Porthcawl. It is a Brains pub, full of character and charm; tastefully decorated with crackling log fires (in winter months); great choice of beers and excellent food served at the bar or in the restaurant by friendly staff. The Haddock and chips with beer batter and mushy peas was perfect. A warm chocolate brownie was truly 'melt in the mouth', and what's not to like when there is Rev. James on touch. Shelves of old but fascinating books invite you to browse. We Loved this place and will return soon!

Good selection on the menu. Food was very good and good service. Moderately priced. Only four stars because they don't serve Guinness. I like Guinness.

Lovely place with polite staff and a good choice of drink. Fantastic food. Only let down is its not easy to keep kids happy.

Went for my mum's birthday x waiter was very helpful and went out of his way to help with the younger children xx Food was nice and the pub's facilities were good. Very enjoyable xxx
