Bad experience. - I stayed there for two nights. They did take a £100 fees at check out. They said it for deep cleaning!! That's awful. Won't be back again, they just want your money!! The location of the hotel is far from the city center, it is boring your location.
Clean and spacious apartments just 5 mins drive from Headingley and Leeds city centre. Stayed with a group of mates for a festival, the apartments were ideal and staff at reception were really friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!
They took £100 deposit from me and claimed to smell smoke within the room, I do not smoke and neither do my friends, they had said there was no damages what so ever but kept £100 just because hey could apparently smell smoke. Not just that they had been in to my bank again to get £50 which they are not allowed to do but yet they say it was an ‘error’ but it was not as they did it with two separate transaction’s. Would not recommend this place at all avoid at all costs, I will be going to the police.
Nice place, but TV in living room not working, as was the remote control for the one in the bedroom, found out late pm, so didn't flag it up with the off site main office. Saying that would stay again, secure off road parking saved some cash.
Very quiet facilities excellent very clean had eveything you would in your home. Best feature underfloor heating in bathroom n ensuite. Only down side laminate floors in reception but had no rug as in picture overall very good

Further from City Centre but if you have the car well worth staying at over other locations due to large car park and larger rooms. Highly recommended that you join royalty programme as its very flexible for work
This is a really convenient place to spend some days. It feels comfortable and the rooms have everything we need.
stayed 9/12 /16 for weekend with friends in an appartment loved the accomodation very nice, a lot of the other appartments in the block were booked out to what seemed to be a large party group ,who had no respect to other users partying till late in the morning security came asked to sort it out but so loud they did not answer doors,when handed in keys on sunday morning all they could say was security had been called out fri/sat night and hotel rules were broken with noise and smoking in rooms as i said accomodation very nice but check if large party group are also booked in because if they are you will not get any sleep
Really roomy studio apartment, will a full kitchen, spotlessly clean and services every day. So much nicer than staying in a small hotel room!
