Lovely room, friendly staff. An excellent breakfast choice and dinner. 

For the price and standard of the hotel I expected a nicer room tray, ours consisted of cheap nescafe & tea sachets, pots of milk plus ONE hot choc, no bottled water. 

I also feel adding a 10% service charge to meals eaten IN the restaurant is a little cheeky, considering we had already paid to stay in the hotel.

We have just held out daughters winter wonderland wedding here and cannot express how amazing this venue was. It was the most stunning yet elegant decor and all our guests were overwhelmed when entering. All staff were polite, friendly and attended to our every need in a very professional and pleasant manner. Our wedding planner Jessica Tomlinson was absolutely brilliant. The food was amazing and ALL that had the steak said it was the best they had ever tasted. I would highly recommend the woodlands as a perfect wedding venue.

Went for Sunday lunch. The food was lovely. Staff were pleasant, however, they didn't attend to us much. Had to actively seek out staff for help. Reception is still a problem (we got married last year and had lots of problems) and the booking for lunch almost got lost and caused us issues again.

Always a very friendly hotel with good efficient staff with the art of making the visitors relaxed. Extremely handy for visit to Leeds. The rooms have all the home comforts ideal for business and leisure alike. The breakfast can compare with anywhere. The bar is very well stocked and not over priced as most hotels take the captive audience to extremes with regard to price. we highly recommend this hotel

Just dropped my daughter off for a wedding knees-up she was invited to. Looks very nice and I got some positive feedback from my daughter. Drinks are a bit pricy so the cost to hire this venue won't be cheap!
