Good location for those visiting Leeds or simply traveling through. Usual decent Premier Inn standard rooms, clean and nice views. The restaurant food was great considering it's just serving a standard menu, whoever is in the kitchen knows what they are doing. Portion sizes are good for both kids and adults. Kids meal deal drinks are pretty small and inevitably they'll want a chargeable second glass. Breakfast was also good, nice selection, both cooked and continental. Friendly, helpful staff. Would certainly consider returning.
If I could give Rachel, Kimberly, Tom and all the others pay rises I would. The staff simply went above and beyond to accommodate us for a few days after recovering from surgery at Spire. The hotel is clean and well kept, staff are friendly, approachable and accommodating. Honestly I didn't expect it. Great selection of high quality food and fair prices. Rooms: Clean, well equipped and spacious. Nearby activities: Plenty of bars, pubs, restaurants, drug stores and even a supermarket. Safety: Safe Walkability: All the amenities are within waking distance. Leeds city centre is 20 mins on the bus and costs 2 quid. Food & drinks: The food in the hotel is great and good value for money. If that's not enough there are plenty of other options nearby.
I stayed here with my family last week. From the moment we arrived to the moment we departed everybody at this premier Inn was absolutely lovely. The beds were very comfy, the food was good and the room 804 was quiet, spacious and very clean. Also, Holly on the morning reception team couldn’t have have done more to help us and anyone else who approached her. She should be a manager!
We had a over night stay, greated by Tom who was extremely professional along with being very polite, the room was spotless and very well presented. At breakfast greated by a bubbly young lady who also made us very welcome, they had a fantastic choice for breakfast. overall a great experience with a very positive vibe. Well done.
Very much enjoyed spending an evening here. The bedroom was surprisingly spacious and the bathroom was beautiful - I'd like my own bathroom to look like this! Great having a carpark on site with easy access to the building. The breakfast was advertised as unlimited, but the trays of cooked food was slow being replenished - only one staff behind the hot food bar at breakfast time?!? ...but we'd definitely come back here again. Comfortable place to rest after a celilah dance in Leeds!
Love love this place, they are so friendly and welcoming, we visit about twice a year and the service never drops, staff are the tops. Place is clean tidy and they will help with any issues you may have arrive, without hesitation. Highly recommended, oh and the food is yum Noteworthy details: Above and beyond staff
The room was ideal for a couple of days away from home. The bed was comfortable as in all Premier Inns. Ioved the breakfasts but the snacks and other meals looked good too. Staff were very attentive.Rooms: 5/5
It was an okay experience except for the car parking barely adequate and the horrendously narrow car park ramp to roof entrance! Food was glorified pub grub but no proper bar nor draught beers, rooms were fairly comfortable. Staff were friendly though fairly thin on the ground and having to multitask waiting staff covering reception for example. Wi-fi was poor on free and barely adequate on premium service, TV was old and offered no streaming services Overall value was ok, £65 per person per night for bed, breakfast and evening meal
Value for money and we like the location. Many food choices around too. Close enough to Leeds City centre where u can just take the bus. Ample parking during our stay. Room is good. Normal Premier Inn standards. The fee WiFi connection t isn't thst great thou.
Waited around for a long time to check in had to go find the staff myself even after ringing the buzzer, finally checked in to be given a dirty room that hasn’t even been cleaned at all pre paid for a premier plus room but supposedly none were left? I got given one option to move room and was told it’s not there fault and they are going to clean the room just now even though it’s not there job, dinner service was shocking one woman member of staff came over gave me a menu grab my meal voucher walking away explaining nothing, no one then came back over to take my order the chef then noticed and came out from kitchen to make my order baring in mind there is no more than 5 people in the place! No one the rest of my time sitting there asked if I needed anything to drink etc ignored the full time shocking stay, staff were very rude
