Can't complain too much as it was a cheap getaway however, would of been nice to know there was building work going on and the view was of the adjacent industrial site 👍🏻and the blocked overflowing drains was a delight and to be fair it was unblocked in 24hrs however they did leave a sewage splash pool in the car park for the reminder of the weekend for the kids today play in and cars to drive through 👌..... Oh and estate out or use the fact that you are self catering..... Best option really 😉

Difficult to comment because lots of work going on at the moment. It will be lovely when the chalets are upgraded. It could do with more lighting along the pathways and some more heating in the swimming pool.

Always loved Rookley but noticed a few things decline over the years, still out fave place as it is lovely and central so a great start point!

Play area not safe/suitable for a toddler as inadequate equipment and fencing considering proximity to lake, no hoover in cottage, no towels provided, also a large number of builders on site carrying out works... don't expect to sit and watch people in hi-viz walking past whilst eating breakfast

As they are still in the middle of a huge refurbishment i have only given 3 stars but dont let this put you off our cottage was lovely and with hot tub 😊and near the 2 lakes that you can go fishing.. friendly staff
