It doesn't look much from the drive up but it's a lovely little holiday park. The entertainment for the kids during the day and evening was good and there is a lovely outdoor play area for the kids to blow off some steam whilst parents can sit outside the restaurant /bar on the terrace and enjoy a coffee whilst supervising them. It's a short walk to a lovely quiet beach. It's not a very big holiday park but the facilities are good and it's a lovely location for day tripping out. The swimming pool was nice with a water slide for children over 1 meter tall.

Perfect stay for family. The static caravans are so cozy n comfortable.Children will enjoy a lot as there are lots of activities to do.All the essentials will be provided. Only thing need to be taken are towels soaps etc. . There’s one shop where you can find anything you need. We enjoyed our stay over there.. Will definitely recommend to others..

Extremely muddy at the moment. Roseberry is basic dated accommodation. Broken sparking oven! Knackered beds. Reported but brushed off response at checkout. Pool too small for the number of guests so very crowded. Entertainment very basic. Magic show and talent show the highlights but why so late? We had to keep our young children up late every night just to watch the main family friendly act.

Great campsite. Has a lovely pebble beach to walk along. Swimming pool is the best of any campsite I have been to. Entertainment average, but probably better if you have younger kids. Food/menu good. Isle of Wight is a great place to visit.

Absolutely loved it Here! Our caravan was beautiful, clean and modern! The staff were very helpful and friendly. Great coastal and nature walks fabulous for bringing your dog's along. Wii definitely come again.
