I phoned allen ford romford to enquire about ford mondeo new colour chrome blue , they had no idea ,receptionist offered me paint touch up pen lol, then kept me hanfing about eventually putting me through to sales they did not know colour deep impact blue had been removed for new colour chrome blue, he said do i want to buy a car , i gave up thanked him (for nothing )  rang off. Get yourself organised .
