I ordered a varsity jacket on 5th September for my daughter’s birthday only to be told it was out of stock until mid December, I was advised it would be in time for Christmas so I kept to order only to be told on 19th December it was being dispatched, then I received a further email on the same day stating it would be out of stock until February! I am now missing a VERY important gift for my daughter for Christmas. Trying to call the customer service department and the phone line goes dead. Avoid ordering from this company. Terrible communication and lead times.
What a brilliant service! We were in need of an urgent product. After placing the order we called and spoke to Carri in the team who, without making promises, advised she would talk with production and see if they could provide in our timed requirement. T-shirt arrived 2 days earlier than expected & one very happy client! Thanks to the team for your flexibility and support. 5 star rating plus a 6th star for amazing customer service from this brilliant business!

Was in a rush for this top but had to wait almost 8 weeks for delivery. Emailed Rock the Dragon and was told to just wait longer. Unfortunately it arrived too late for the comp and my daughter had to stand out as the only person in the group without a T-shirt....would not order from these people again.
Ordered some T-shirts for the girls…they came at the end of the estimated delivery time..good quality that I have had before.. Should last years.
First time visiting today and it definitely won't be our last! Went in with no idea of what we really needed, Amy and Katharine were so helpful with everything! Amazing service, amazing products and I have one very happy 5 year old now who they were both brilliant with. Thank you so much for all your help! X
Lovely quality clothes this is the only place I buy my daughter dance stuff from definitely would recommend
I had made an order for dance wear for my granddaughter. I needed to change the order and this was made very easy. I emailed rock the Dragon and got a very pleasant email back very quickly. Their communication is excellent and Jodie was exceptionally helpful. My order has arrived and I'm sure my granddaughter will love it.
What lovely, helpful staff in this shop I didn't have a clue going in there, but thanks to their knowledge, advice and help - we came away with almost everything on the college list. The only thing we weren't able to get has been ordered and will be in store within 5-6 days!! Awesome service, thank you so much ladies xxx we'll definitely be back
I highly recommend Rock the Dragon! These guys go above and beyond for their customers. I had ordered a leotard for my daughter and due to supply issues it arrived a lot later than expected, so by the time I received it, it was too small for her. Got in touch with the guys & by the next day they had ordered a replacement leotard & also sent me a returns label to send the original one back, so I received it today and it is perfect! Thanks so much guys!
