Had a lovely little shop at outfit today in trostre Llanelli. Well impressed with how two members of staff dealt with what could only be described as a rude lady in store. The poor girl at the desk Caitlin was so polite and tried her best to try and please the horrendous customer. Another member of staff Nadine then came to assist. Bless. Will look forward to my next visit hopefully without the presence of nasty customer X. Well done all staff. I applaud you all.
