Very poor service this year very disappointed with manhattan. Placed order at the start of July the lady that served us seemed like she didn’t want to be in work that day. She was very poor at her job. It took 1 hour to place the order very unorganised. The jumpers arrived by post after 3 weeks with no embroidery which I paid for. The other School jumpers ordered were not with the order. Called the shop and again they couldn’t careless. Advised the missing school jumpers are out of stock but should be in by the 31st of August. It would have been nice if they emailed to let me know this. They have asked that I post back the other jumpers for them to embroider them.
Got there and its closed, been taken over by another company. There is a map to the new place on their door.
Printing and embroidery was done quickly and to a very high standard Well priced have gone to Steve for years and will for many more
appalled with the service tried to get some tshirts printed for them a while back and they wouldn't put our order through and kept delaying it
Never answer the phone and when you leave a message there is no return call
Brilliant service, very reasonable and excellent price
