This venue may well be the best I've been to across England! For a small/medium size venue it takes an undebated win; sound system was spot on, acoustics sounded great, lighting tech kept up with the fast paced music of Bob Vylan who I saw tonight, and the general lay out was just inclusive to varying wants/Needs which I appreciate seeing.nnI would love to come back and see another gig here, 'The artist can always benefit from a better canvas' and this is on hell of a canvas.
Excellent venue. A fantastic atmosphere every time I've been. Definitely one venue you should visit at least once.
A great venue for gigs. Saw Y&T 2/11/24, wonderful gig. The venue was perfect size, the staff were all very good. My only issue would be that they need double the bar staff for gigs of that size. Other than that, get on down there.
Really like this venue. Once you get by the grumpy doorman it’s good inside. Well laid out for gigs, easy access to bars and good acoustics. Bar staff were friendly and good at spotting when people needed served.
I really enjoyed the venue, my wife struggled however because it seemed really overcrowded and even right at the back we were packed in like sardines.nSuperb sound, lovely feel to the place. I suspect they use a multi room capacity for the one main room.
