Re: service to the general public on the phone....The staff are always so helpful. I have been surprised by the efforts they have gone to, to fulfil my requests.  And I've got to say they always do what they say they are going to do in my experience.  I can always find what I need clearly laid out on their website too.

Loxley House, head office for Nottingham City Council and Nottingham City Homes. Good facilities and staff helpful and looks after citizens.

Nottingham is the most corrupt not as safe as it used to be city while drugs, crime some local or NHS places are quite high in corruption it can influence or have a bad impact on the person it happens to.

I am glad to have left Nottingham because of this although there are some great or fantastic places to visit and alot of new developments are taking place.
