I feel almost mortified. I have just called the store to check if they could modify a diamond bracelet and make a new diamond ring and the lady at the phone cut my question short and asked me instead many questions "what s your name? where are you calling from? how did you find this contact?". She asked me to hold on the line and then said " this is not for us, I am afraid, bye". Not happy given they advertise to create bespoke jewels. this is exactly what I needed.
