Looking to spend well into 5 figures for a special ring, I went to Boodles first and was very well looked after in terms of advice and guidance. The next day I sadly went to this Tiffany shop and was told to queue to get served unless I wanted to browse. I explained I wanted service so I could possibly purchase but I was asked to queue. Whilst waiting, other people passed the queue, browsed then got served! The four assistants were serving not from the queue but anybody in front of them. The 'guard' at the door asked me to stand at the end of the shop to get service when I pointed this out to him. This was after 15 minutes queuing! I then waited a further 10 minutes at the end of the shop where I was still not served or even greeted / acknowledged at all. After about 30 minutes I walked out of the shop and happily spent my money elsewhere.

Amazing service Was helped by Monica who was brilliant and so helpful Can’t recomend them enough They make you feel special regardless how much you spend.

happy they fixed my bracelet so well and quickly and its amazing. but... i don't understand why everytime I go in there I am waiting ages to be served and the clearly more wealthy people are magically served before me!

You could easily walk past this store if you are not familiar with the area and unaware thst the store is indoors. Service for me was fine, some of the other staff not as friendly but a lovely store with other stores and open plan food court in the same area.
