Appalling service. I went in to look at a watch which i had researched online and was 90% sure of buying as a gift.. Whilst querying the strap size the lovely assistant with me showed it to her manager (I assume) for advice. the manager promptly took the watch, answered and then put it on the wrist of the lady she was serving and recommended I look at a completely different an not suitable watch. My assistant was speechless and we were both left standing in the store with nothing for me to look at let alone buy. needless to say I left without buying, but it was awful.

Ordered item in store for delivery to Covent Garden store. Complete lack of communication on every step, failed to procure item over two weeks even though I popped in twice to chase it. Could have ordered off their website next day. Ended up visiting different store that had several in stock, they could have told me that there was a local (10 minutes tube ride) store and I could have picked it up from there, but obviously they "wanted" the sales commission. Case study in poor salesmanship.
