Great selection of rings, including some of the very special - e.g. Slayer, Iron Maiden and Anthrax. Production times can vary - from few days up to few weeks, if store is busy. Although sometimes finding perfect size of a ring can be tricky depending on type of ring, staff are always willing to resolve any issues to the best of customer service expectations - and some staff members are very knowledgeable in both rings and customer service.

This is A great shop! One of the best shops in the area with the character of the 60s and amazing jewellery! Every single piece is carefully selected and is top quality ! Staff are very helpful and friendly! If you are looking for something unique and original,that the place to look at! Exellent and highly recommended!

Great store, helpful staff and amazing jewlery! Made to size with knowledgeable staff. If you're into rings, skulls or animals then you have to have one of these in your collection!!

Jewellers to rock stars! Amazing selection of solid silver jewellery (and a bit of gold), mainly rings but there are earrings and pendants too. Staff are super friendly. I have two of their rings and the quality is excellent, they custom hand make everything in their studio!

I went into The Great Frog with my fiancé on our visit to London. I was interested in getting a ring with a stone for my fiancé's birthday (one of the main reasons we visited London) but we were extremely dissatisfied with the service we received. The member of staff who served me spoke over me the entire time and was just giggling nervously.… Every question I asked went unanswered so we finally left after being told that it was a 5 week wait. The customer at the counter got a resize within a few hours. We know thus because he was thanking the jeweler for doing it so quickly as he was visiting. The staff member seemed so nervous that we assumed she was new but we asked to be served by someone else when she got offended and said she'd been there for almost 3 years!!!! For a shop who prides themselves on being the best and "coolest" in the world, the atmosphere of the shop lacked authenticity unlike it did during our last visit 6 years ago. We were so excited to return but we guess by the feel of it the company has changed hands or been bought out by a corporate company? Very disheartening for former Great Frog fans.
