This is typical jewlery shop selling a mixture of lower to medium end products. It's worth checking out their sales in the window and if something catches your eye and you want to buy don't do the classic British thing of "I'll take it" as they are always open to discussing the price..I've had discounts on even watches which were already on sale!

I gave my TAG Heuer watch for a repair- only 26 months old; firstly TAG Heur watches are really average watches and unnecessarily expensive. Secondly the shop was inefficient- 2 weeks to find out what was wrong with it and 3 months to repair. Only when I went to complain they gave some information. I have just received information that it is ready but there is a hefty bill!

I snagged the strap on my Oris watch and popped out the pin at one end. A nice chap in Fraser Hart fixed it for me in a few minutes for no charge.
