I purchased a pair of diamond earrings for my granddaughter's 21st birthday. The transaction was flawless from start to finish. The description and photograph of the earrings on line were the exact ones that I purchased, that was very helpful as I knew exactly what I was getting. After placing my order I had verbal contact with the firm. The delivery and packaging of the item was first class, and finally my granddaughter was delighted with her gift. Thank you Daniel Christopher.

Amazing service from DC,for my fiancé engagement ring and both of our wedding rings. DC couldn't give us enough time, coffee, tea and expertise. What they do not know about diamonds, wow! For such a special gift I highly recommend them, they also cleaned the engagement ring months later when we went back to choose the wedding rings for free, pure service and attention to detail. Jessica served us on both occasions but all the staff were friendly and welcoming. We will be going back for future jewelry for sure.

While we were both sadly disappointed by the service we received from start to finish, when notified, Daniel Christoper did everything within his power to be able to address any issues and rectify any faults. We had initially felt like overall staff were a bit dismissive and twice my ring was returned to me with faults. While this was at the time quite distressing at the time, it has now been rectified and although the service itself wasn't one that I would expect, I am happy with the overall finish and appearance of my ring.
