A proper (dog friendly) pub with good food, well kept beer, welcoming hosts, pleasant staff, and friendly locals. A real find on our recent holiday. It is just a shame the current landlord/landlady are leaving* in a couple of weeks as they are a real asset. *Another greedy brewery, forcing rents higher, and higher, until the business is unsustainable. No doubt it will be closed, permanently, before long, like so many others.
