Went for dinner with family and friends and had an amazing meal , friendly helpful staff , top notch food , good value for the massive portions Walkability: We stayed at Plas Talgarth
Good food, great drinks. A lovely local restaurant.
Second visit to The Riverside, just like last time the experience was superb. One of the best Sunday lunches we've had out, everything cooked perfectly, full of flavour, great busy atmosphere friendly staff. Nothing at all to complain about apart from it being 3 hour drive from home . A great example of how to feed people properly and great value for money too. If your in the area and looking for a great meal, give it a go, superb!
When for evening meal, decor is pleasant and staff were friendly. The food was variable some of the party enjoyed the food some did not also it took quite a while to arrive, this could be as our party was large. Will have to try again with smaller group before final comment is passed.
Only had dinner here, food was good and service was excellent. Atmosphere was quiet, but we were only in the dining room and not in the bar area. Will be back here again.Location: 4/5
One of our favourite restaurants to visit as a family. Friendly, welcoming staff and high-quality food. We have always been made to feel so welcome whenever we visit. The beer garden is also beautiful. Ending the evening outside, surrounded by beautiful views and with a chilled glass of wine is pure bliss!
