Lovely cinema. Great staff. Hope to come back soon to try the restaurant
What a great cinema. it's like sitting in your own armchair, I sat in a seat to the side with cushions. Small, personal and so much nicer than the international chains that are in most towns. Highly recommended.
The facilities are lovely, and friendly staff. However, I booked 5 seats for a show that night, I was told that my seat reservation was accepted. I arrived early to secure the seats we had reserved, just in case, only to find the staff had muddled up and booked my seats for the following night. Their response was to wait to see if people don't turn up. We waited in the lobby and eventually we were told we can sit in the very front row all the way to the left, not a great view considering we had reserved seats and had payed the same as everyone else. I'll be hesitant to go again due to this unfortunately.
An amazing experience from start to finish. The restaurant is beautifully set up making the most of the old chapel features and the food was superb with excellent service throughout. The cinema itself has comfortable seating with the option of a sofa in the top left and cosy armchairs down the right with pillows and blankets provided to get comfortable without any view being obstructed. A great range of cinema snacks and drinks are available including coffee. The screen itself is excellent quality and gets very bright.
Having visited from afar 'Essex' what a great cinema. Comfortable, friendly. Soround sound brings screen to life. Can't wait to visit again and try the restaurant out next time
A very quirky cinema, restraunt & bar all house in a former chapel. The convertion alone is worth a visit & possible the most comfortable cinema seats you'll ever find, with a combination of mainly leather reclining seats with cup holder or more homely seats. I can only describe the experience as if you won the Lottery & had you're own Cinema this would be it, you can even by Champagne, wine, beer, teas/ coffee ect to drink whilst watching the films. We did not try the restraunt, however talking to others who had said the food was very good. We came to watxh one film Boheimien Rhapsody & ended up staying to watch a second film Exorcist, being the Halloween special. All staff friendly, reasonable priced & a great experience, definitely worth a visit.
Great little cinema, comfy seats, warm and cozy. We went to see Avatar 2 - it was very loud and immersive, I nearly jumped out of my skin a couple of times!
Wonderful and beautiful little cinema. So glad we found it on our recent holiday. Luxurious red seats which are extremely comfortable and a thoroughly enjoyable film experience. Very friendly owners made the whole visit fab. Thank you. Would definitely visit again if holidaying near it in the future.
Stylish boutique cinema perfect for families, friends or even solo trips. Pete is so friendly and very informative. Tickets prices are very reasonable and snack are just as good. Within the showing screen there are blankets available so you can snuggle up. Defo will be going again!
Really good cinema immaculately kept in a boutique style. Deep luxury seats which recline and sofa's spread about. Really friendly staff owners who are a real asset. Prices are very reasonable for tickets and food, there is also a restaurant open for meals before films at certain times . Even if you don't watch a film it's worth a visit to see what can be achieved by retaining All the character of a former chapel . Also as a bonus it's licenced for alcohol.
