Friendly quick and efficient service. Doctors and receptionists are always smiling and helpful. I never waited more then 15 min to see a doctor when using walk-in service.

Phone off the hook all morning no mention on website there closed for lunch, called in receptionist arranged triage call without asking who it's for , I particularly enjoyed reading the hundreds of dogmatic notices directed at patience, your practice needs to be sacked & you're receptionist needs to wake up

Absolutely terrible. Trying to get an appointment with my own doctor for months. Referrals take for ever even if you're very sick. The worst thing about this place is the receptionist! I've never been spoken so rudely in my life! She's also given me the wrong information several times causing me to the surgery at the wrong times etc. Misread blood test results. The list goes on. Please, be more selective of your choice of staff.... Make sure they have just a pinch of good manners when dealing with patients.

A wonderful practice with caring and sympathetic doctors the receptionists recognize me and remember my name without prompting.The surgery offers a daily, walk- in service when the doctors arrive early for morning surgery. perhaps." Kim" should get up a few minutes earlier, join the queue with the rest of us and rejoice in the Welsh NHS with it's free prescriptions!"

Spoke to a VERY rude receptionist who was refused to assist in giving a different number for a different doctor within the surgey. When I asked for help she hung up. Would give the receptionist 0 stars if I had the option.
