Shockingly unprofessional. I've had the misfortune of having to attend this place to address a minor health isue. My experience was totally negative on each visit.i found the front desk to be unhelpful to the point of rudeness and incompetent to boot.message to those responsible for this practice; sort it out.

My family and I have been on the panel at this surgery for many decades, it saddens me that the service had deteriorated so very much. the staff are rude and condescending to the point of being obnoxious when one rings up they refuse to give a name. The NHS complaints procedure clearly states that this has to be done in writing, however, when this happens they do not even bother to reply, I am not even sure they get past the Practice Manager Getting a routine appointment is impossible which means one has to access a GP as an emergency when this happens we are given the third degree and asked what was the emergency.

Always get seen fast and treated nicely.

No patient care from the doctor I visited whatsoever. Absolutely appalling treatment to patients. Would never return to this surgery
