Dr Mitul is very patient with a nervous customer, providing clear communication on treatment/costs and ensuring I’m happy with the outcome. The ladies on reception are friendly, have been accommodating when I’ve needed to change an appointment.
I've been going to Riverside Dental Spa for over 4 years, the dentists have always been kind and do a great job. Unfortunately, this surgery is let down by one rude receptionist, I'm not sure who it is, but they are often rude and dismissive. My partner stopped coming here a year or so ago due to the rudeness and I now have had enough. Whilst the dentists are great, they are severely let down by the unkindness of one of the receptionists.
This dental practice continues to give a very professional, warm and polite experience I had some concerns around a particular tooth, at my check up today However I needn’t have worried as Dr Mital hope I have spelt the gentleman’s name correctly made me feel very relaxed He also explained my options looking ahead in a very professional, clear and understanding way The lady at reception who is called Brooke was also very welcoming and professional Thank you
i thoroughly recommend Riverside Dental, i've been going there a while but recently had 4 new veneers fitted by Dr Mitul. I have great words to say about him, a great dentist and very personable too. I could not be happier with my new teeth which look incredibly natural. i wouldn't go to any other dentist now, only Mitul! Vicky

The service is fantastic! And I’m always happy with the results whether its - visiting the hygienist, having a check up, having some dental work etc. Very considerate, kind and informative Dentists.
The staff were friendly and professional, and the practice was clean and modern. During my hygienist visit, both the dentist and assistant were gentle and sensitive to how I was doing. The assistant was excellent! The dentist was efficient, precise, and checked I knew of the best strategy for maintaining my teeth. I would happily return!
