would have given no stars if I could have because of my horrendous experience some time ago when it was in the kings road and when they moved I had hoped they'd gone for good! , well I hope that they have improved , if not why not? back then I found one dentist in particular beyond rude and arrogant I just do not get service staff 'attitude' it is costly to us patients as it is without the hassle of unpleasant unprofessional staff on top of that . have found another couple of dentists not so far away who are both reasonable cost wise and who do a friendly dental service.
Excellent service from all staff. My dentist Dr Patel was amazing. She worked on my filling, cleaning and gave additional service with after care. Definitely going back. Highly recommended.
It is really a excellent experience to have the treatment here. The dentist called Dr. R. Babakhanlou. He is so nice. Initially, it is my first time to not feel any pain in dental treatment. And He also asked the injection in my language for better explain in the future. In general, it makes me feel both emotional support and the professional treatment here. I use HC2 to get the treatment. During the process of finding a dentist who accept NHS new patient also take me some time. It is so lucky to receive the service here. It is really helpful for me. Thanks. :
It’s the most terrible dentist I have ever seen in my life. They charged you the full amount £115 for a hygiene appointment and don’t give you treatment if you are late for 10 minutes. As the bus was on division I was late for 16 min.BTW DR. Patel is not professional at all. When She check my teeth she pressed on my very big mouth uncer like I had no feeling. I made appointment twice for my wisdom teeth. She didn’t do anything except of taking X ray and pushed me to do hygiene not on the same day but next week to let me pay more money and time. I just called NHS England, they said if the hygiene is necessary, I was supposed to go through NHS. Instead of paying them £115 My wisdom is still there. Who cares? The only thing they care is money! And they get by nasty ways! Never ever come to this dentist please! They are not here to solve your problems, they are robber. The receptionist is terrible rude, doing nothing just criticized and stared at me with dead fish eyes for being 16 minutes late even I apologized immediately when I arrived.
My 5 stars are all for Dr. Ahmadi!!! After a very bad experience with another dentist at Chelsea Dental lounge I got an appointment with Dr. Ahmadi and she was brilliant. She was warm, friendly and very professional. She fixed my daughter's broken tooth with so much ease. Everytime we go back , I will make sure we only see Dr. Ahmadi there. Special mention to the Principal Dentist Hossein Pezeshki. He is committed to making this practice better and will quickly respond to any concerns or complaints you might have. Once again, Thank you Dr. Keysnosh Ahmadi!
I would avoid this dentist. I emailed them to book an appointment you can’t book online and they said you had to pay upfront. I asked them to send me the payment details but they said you had to call and give your card details over the phone. I’m not a fan of giving my card details to a stranger over the phone and frankly didn’t think it would be a problem paying in person. Showed up for the appointment and the receptionist said I didn’t have an appointment booked in. She didn’t explain what the issue was and didn’t seem bothered to find out what may have caused it. She was unfriendly and not at all helpful, completely unapologetic and didn’t even offer to book in a new appointment. If you’re going to insist on taking full payment upfront then at least you should have a proper secure way of taking payment. I’ve been to Chelsea Dental Lounge before. They used to have a lovely receptionist who was very helpful and I was happy with the service last time I went. I won’t be going back. There are several good dentists around the area and I prefer to go somewhere where I get a friendly treatment and they value my custom.
Worst experience at the dentist ever! The dentist was completely incompetent and couldn’t do a simple tooth filling, she gave me horrible pain and didn’t even finish the job, I had to go to another private dentist to redo everything from scratch. Complete waste of money.
After being a patient for 5+ years at this dentist practice I can say that since COVID has happened this is now one of the worst dentists in London. Never have I been to a dentist practice which has refused to treat me for being 15 minutes later than I said I would and asking me to reschedule despite making me wait over 5 weeks for this appointment. Unfortunately, this practise has moved to a more residential area to cater to the yummy mummies of Sloane Square who do not need to work but can just sit at home and walk down the road to their dentist. It was really confusing to find this dentist as Google Maps and Citymapper directed me to another location and to add to the confusion there is another dentist in the same building as this one. There are no clear signs outside of this building stating it is a dentist! The receptionists were extremely rude when I mentioned my difficulties in finding the new location. I knew from how this dentist kept chop changing my appointment time that they were not serious in treating me. I received 2 different phone calls asking me to change my time but yet when I arrived late I was given a very stern telling off and there was 0 empathy to my circumstances as I had been travelling from my work in Central London to this dentist. I will tell anyone I know to stay clear from this dentist, you won't be getting my money any more and I will be raising a complaint to NHS England about the way I was treated as a former patient. Receptionists will get into a shouting match with you and argue about how they are right. Receptionists behave like arrogant snobs because they work in Chelsea, I have news for you - I will be going private and shun your practice.
Dr. Judith Mathews is an excellent dentist. My root canal treatment was done with such efficiency and professionalism I felt completely safe and well treated. My pain is finally gone and I am glad to have had such a wonderful experience, going to the dentist is at the best of times a challenge... which was made easier by the reassuring manner of all members of staff. Highly recommended.
Lovely dentists and reception staff. Very friendly and patient. I was treated very kindly and all work being done communicated clearly even while in the chair. I've always dreaded going tk the dentist but the experience Chelsea Dental Lounge was a pleasant surprise.
