I’ve been a patient at this Dental practice for nearly a year because of my work there are times in a emergency I need to be treated on the same day . The Admin staff are brilliant always helpful on the phone or in person . I have to praise Dr. Rashida she is a excellent Dr. she makes you feel calm after the injection without a doubt one of the best dentist I have been to in all my years I’m normally scared to go to a dentist but she has made me more willing to seek treatment . A Very Good Dental Practice.
Had two appointments for a tooth extraction. Am an nhs patient and had tried many places before coming here and this was the first place that had an appointment. They kept asking me if I’d prefer a referral to hospital and then they extracted my tooth which took an hour and a half. They also charged me when I wasn’t supposed to pay. After many phone calls and emails all ignored and blamed on me they refunded me after my credit card company forced them to without any apology. After 6 months I still have a bit of tooth not removed and there is some swelling/damage on the gum. They did a referral to guys but it was rejected as it was not sent to the correct department. No follow up or care
I’ve been coming to Westminster House Dental Practice as a NHS patient since 2014 and have always had excellent care, at regular check ups and with the hygienist. I recently also had the Invisalign teeth straightening treatment with Dr Radhika Varsani and couldn’t be happier with the results - Radhika guided me through the invisalign treatment expertly, providing all the help and support I could have needed. She was friendly, knowledgable and always took the time to make sure I got the result I wanted.
I received an exceptional dental treatment from Dr Radhika Varsani. I would say I was a very challenging case and hopeless to save my tooth. Dr varsani did such an amazing job and my tooth looks very natural. Her approach is super professional and very friendly. I could not be happier with the way the treatment was done and the outcome. Thank you Dr Varsani for being an exceptional dentist! I'm so glad to be your patient.
Attended for a check up in July 2019. Paid on the day and have not returned since. I am now being chased for payment 3 years later out of the blue despite having already paid. Do not recommend.
Just want to say a massive thank you to Dr Radhika for fixing a damaged tooth, my experience was pain free, very professional, polite and hygienic.
On the 16th of May, I had an appointment with one of the dentists because of a tooth gum infection. After the meeting, the dentist was about to prescribe me some antibiotics but suggested waiting for a week to see if my tooth gum was reacting well to the mouth wash she advised me to use. After ten days, I called the premises to inform them that my tooth gum was still infected and that I needed antibiotics. I've spoken with an extremely rude manager who did not give me her name but she was on shift on the 27th of May at 16:58 who told me that there was no record in my file and that, to get my antibiotics, I had to pay for another appointment. After explaining that I was unwilling to pay for another appointment, she dismissed me by saying that that was their policy and that she could not confirm my story with the dentist who visited me. The only thing I had left was to inform the "manager" that I would have left a review on Google and her answer was I am quoting: " that is fine, I've already called google many times to remove bad reviews." This is just out of order and a proper scam. Stay away from this place.
The practice makes a big deal about how strict their COVID measures are, and yet the dentist wasn't wearing a face mask while talking to me after the examination. She even suggested I take mine off... This was someone I'd never seen before and she seemed bored and unfriendly from the start. All the other times I got a proper check-up for 5-10 minutes, and the dentist was willing to spend some more time removing built-up scale. Today the appointment literally lasted less than a minute! I politely explained all of this but the dentist didn't appear willing to understand. She aggressively said "Do you want to see the hygienist? It's £90!" even though I was just asking her to quickly remove some excess scale like her colleagues always do. Eventually I realised she was just getting irritated with me, so I left. Overall I wouldn't recommend this practice. The other dentists I've seen were fine but for some reason the reception staff is always rude and the standards seem quite low, so I'll probably just end up going somewhere else.
I have a very nice overall experience with this clinic. Dr. Radhika Varsani is the best dentist you can ask in life. She’s very professional and with her gentle manners, she makes you feel like you are at home which is something very uncommon to feel when your going to the dentist. Furthermore, she’s not only gentle and understanding, she’s also very very prepared and you can clearly notice it from the first visit with her. In my case she had to work hard as I had to do different treatments, such as Very complicated root canal trying to save the tooth, removal of stain and hygiene as well as white fillings etc. She saved my tooth despite the situation was critical. If you are looking for a dentist that knows what she’s doing and especially someone who truly cares about you, please do not hesitate to call the clinic and to book your appointment with Dr Radhika Varsani. You won’t regret.
Amazing service as always. I was with my old dentist in Clapham for many years until he left London. I had tried for a couple of years to find another dentist with a couple of nightmare experiences my best friend used to work at this surgery and suggested I ask for Sarju and she has been extremely friendly, very professional and hope she is not leaving London anytime soon as a impeccable dentist is really very hard to come by. On every visit the dental assistants have also been amazing on todays visit with Rimi was no exception to this. Nada on reception was very helpful and I felt extremely safe with all the covid procedures that they have in place. Well done on keeping peoples teeth in order even in these tough times. Amazing I wouldn't change my dentist for the world like I said tried for a couple of years between. Amazing team amazing work. Thank you for looking after my teeth so well.
