The reception staff are smiley friendly and helpful. I was very impressed they were very polite, caring and attentive. The dentist photographed my teeth before treatment which was is very cool and something I have never experienced before The dental practice itself is clean, elegantly designed and well organised Highly recommended. In my opinion, it's the best dental practice I have been to in years. And it's very rare to find one of this calibre in London
My dentist is Alister Little and he is fantastic. I got my root canal and crown done with him and all my treatments went really well everything was well explained and he kept me calm. The reception staff are always friendly and helpful too.
They take NHS patients which is amazing as I have been looking all over London and majority do not. Excellent services provided, really happy with the area and staff around, friendly. They do regularly check up on you if you have done some work which is great. Downside is I have missed 2 appointments and they canceled me and won't be able to be seen by them again. So yeah, don't miss your appointments!! Time to look for a new dentist
I live very close to Wytes and often pass the practice. It always looks clean and bright so I thought I would give it a try as it is much more convenient than the last two dentists I was with. The machinery is the most up to date and the staff - all ladies - were competent and friendly. I will definitely return in 6 months for my next check-up.
The place was spotless and the receptionists were very polite and friendly. They even asked me if everything went well at the appointment. The dentist himself came out to get me and he was very professional. Even though I was shocked with news about my teeth both good and bad, the experience was great. Am I allowed to say this on Google? But...erm...they didn't charge me. Yes. Can you believe it? I paid zilch. Not sure why but I do have my theories
This has now been my third visit to the practice, and the receptionists have always been friendly and welcoming. I saw Kat the hygienist and Jas dentist, and both were lovely and did a great job. Great practice, I'd recommend!
Brilliant dentist. All the staff from the receptionists to the dentist herself were professional, polite and helpful. Fixed my tooth problem and answered all my questions with ease. I would happily recommend this surgery!
I visited this clinic twice in the last 10 days, and both times, Perfect. The first time was for check-up and the second time was for hygiene. They do a great job at their best. Especially Kat and Daniella who are very professional 10/10
Reception was excellent, very welcoming it put me at easy. My Dentist was excellent too he explained everything he was going to do and what next which I was so happy with. Overall was a good experience that I would recommend to others.
The filling that I got oxidised after a month of getting it. When I went to another dental practice, they said the filling was poorly done. Now I will have to pay an additional £150 to get this corrected as I do not trust this practice. Additionally, the service was poor and the receptionists/dentists do not make you feel welcomed. They gave me a false diagnosis and tried to scam me for an additional £200 for a deep cleaning scheduled for every 3 months. This is not the practice to go to if you especially have dental anxiety.
