Always been a fan of River Island, originating from Chelsea Girl all those years ago. This store at Rushden Lakes is now Studios, one of a few just launched under this unique shopping experience and product range. Love it and the concept of a "unique to you" feeling, plus they have not inflated prices in my mind to match the unique experience. On the day we went there was Xmas wrapping free, very nice and expertly done  and saved me a job for the wife's chrissy prezzy. They still had a reduced rail in the men's which I always like a browse through and end up buying something.

Medium sized store,  plenty to see, nice handbag selection. Service always seems quick.

Men’s department is shocking. Ever since Rushden Lakes has opened, shopping for men’s stuff is very disappointing.

First time visiting this store since the pandemic began, and very happy with the amount of people they were allowing in, and the cleanliness of the changing rooms. Good stock levels too, I was able to find what I needed in my size, and all staff were friendly.

1 star because lots of lovely stuff but only if your size 8-10 and petite, the same stuff that ends up on the sale rails every time.  ?! Doesn't make sense.  Things in proper women's size are then only standard length.  And as more women are either taller or bigger why do they have to shop online only.  It really makes no sense.  The store itself is modern and well laid out.

If I could choose no star I would. The clothes are interesting and fancy, however a major issue is the RI staff. Unpolite, unhappy and unwanted to help with not quite right attitude. We have visited the Rushden store on Saturday we have purchased the suit  which obviously didn't cost £20 and the girl who served us came to rudly inform You Can't try anything on.  I know fittings room are closed however my husband has tried just the jacket on his own clothes as this is something that you have to get right. Then she was reluctant to come to the till. What made me really upset with the girl's approach was the way she folded this expensive beautiful suit. She just rolled everything somehow and tucked without care into the small shopping bag. I must admit that my experience there was shocking. Every time I come to RI the staff isn't present. Apart from  good clothes their customer service is on such a low level. I am not convinced to come back there anymore

Sale on. Lots of stock out all rammed on a rail, shoes paired with elastic bands and just generally looked like it was in the process of closing down.  The assistant spent the entire time I was in the store glued to her phone, no interaction with any of the customers.  Used to be a decent store, now it looks tired and ready to close.

Nice shop, plenty of stock, prices have got a bit high over the last few years but it is fairly good quality so I guess you get what you pay for. Staff are friendly and helpful. Parking is free

Well known High Street clothing brand. Shop had good Covid precautions in place. Good prices and good quality clothing. Staff pleasant.

Love River Island the clothes is fantastic there and the quality is really good and the prices are not too bad if you want style that's the place to go
