I bought a coat which I found was damaged, I believe when the security tag was removed, so I returned it in store and wanted a replacement. The replacement wasn't in stock my size so it was ordered.nTwo days later I received an email saying the coat is no longer in stock and I would be refunded. The app showed the coat was in stock.nNo refund was forthcoming so I rand Customer services to be informed, as it was a cash transaction a cheque had been issued! It wasn't a cash transaction! I explained the coats were in stock, which was confirmed, I had paid for one and hadn't been refunded yet, why don't they cancel the cheque and send me a coat?nAfter 4 holds, it was agreed this was the course of action. I ordered a new coat, then was asked to pay for it again!!!!!nWe got there in the end, although I still haven't got a coat, but fingers crossed it's on route!! Not the customer service I expected from a premium brand!
They're having a laugh at the customers' expense; all the tills were closed and there was a queue of 20 people.
Friendly and very helpful staff! Shoutout to a woman that helped my partner and I with a suit carrier, don’t remember her name, but she was amazing visited Saturday around 2/3pm.
Womens , mens and children's clothing.nSome homeware, but not alot.nA collection point downstairs at the back of the store.nA foodhall downstairs.nElevator to go upstairs.nLingerie upstairs.nMen's upstairs.nChildren's upstairs.nA cafe upstairs..nToilets upstairs by the till.nChanging rooms available.nClean, open , easy to manoeuvre around store.nPlenty of space in the Isles.nTill service is very fast.nPlenty of staff.nGood store to visit.
Lovely cafe. A very kind member of staff, Sophie, arranged for my Mum to have a free slice of cake on her 83rd birthday. #momentsofjoy
